CEO / Founder
John Windsor is Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Security Works and also founded the company in 2003. John brings more then 19 years of entertainment industry leadership, technology product management and executive leadership experience to his role overseeing the company.
John manages the company’s overall direction and strategy, facilitating all company activity in security consulting, event planning and other client services. John’s leadership, business experience and client-centric approach has allowed rapid growth for EPIC from 2003 to the present. Today, John continues to focus on refining the companies’ service offerings with a commitment to the client and the company’s leadership and associates.

Vice President of Operations
Ernest Carreira serves as the Vice President of Operations at EPIC Security Works, where he leads operational strategy, organizational leadership, and client partnerships across the company’s portfolio of residential communities, hospitality properties, and corporate environments. Since joining EPIC in 2018, Ernest has progressed through multiple leadership roles, bringing extensive frontline experience and operational insight to his executive leadership position.
