JOHN WINDSOR, Founder, CEO
John Windsor is Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Security Works and also founded the company in 2003. John brings more then 19 years of entertainment industry leadership, technology product management and executive leadership experience to his role overseeing the company.
John Windsor manages the company’s overall direction and strategy, facilitating all company activity in security consulting, event planning and other client services. John’s leadership, business experience and client-centric approach has allowed rapid growth for EPIC from 2003 to the present.
EPIC Security Works manages over 1.8M patrons through the company’s partners in 2018, venue experience at over 490 venues at any one time since inception, and a growth rate that exceeds industry standards. John continues to focus on refining the companies’ service offerings with a commitment to the client and the company’s leadership and associates.
JUSTIN FRAZER, Director of Operations
Justin Frazer has been the Director of EPIC Security Works since January 2017. Justin is responsible for leading the Finance, Technology, Operations, Communications and Training functions as well as continuing to grow EPIC Security Works.
Justin began his career with EPIC in January 2009 as security personnel and was quickly promoted to a Field Leader onboarding teams of security associates and managing clients. Justin’s role continued to evolve during the period of EPIC’s rapid growth from 2011-2017 where he delivered innovative ideas for ensuring that EPIC’s clients have the programs they required while still ensuring positive associate engagement. Justin is a member of CALSAGA, ASIS, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Homeland Security.
GREG HAWKINS, Director of Business Development
Greg Hawkins is the Director of Business Development and joined EPIC in 2017. In addition to his role as the Director of Business Development, Greg acts as the Company HR Administrator, Lead Recruiter, and Compliance Officer.
Greg is a food and beverage veteran with over 30 years of Restaurant/Bar/Hospitality experience. Greg Hawkins and CEO John Windsor were college roommates who reconnected in 2016 as Greg transitioned out his small business. His background in business development, event production, project management, systems development and security procedures made him a valuable addition to the executive management.
